The cultivation of vines, an ally against the climate emergency

The importance of vines and wine in Baix Maresme, and by extension throughout the country, goes far beyond the economic activity it generates. With the botanist and wine tourism consultant Evarist March Sarlat, we will discover the role played by the cultivation of the vine as a brake on climate change, from a historical point of view and also with a view to the future. The experience will be completed with the presentation, by publisher Montse Serra i Arenas, of the “Envinats” collection, by Vibop Edicions, which links the world of wine with the world of the arts.
During the event you can taste the L’an[ç]tral wines from the Testuan de Cabrils winery; Tallarol, from Celler de les Aus d’Alella and Les Costes, white raisin, from Albert Federico.
